Lynnette Caballes-Cooke is a brand and creative marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience in global leadership, specializing in disruptive technologies, financial services, and healthcare.
Over the years, Lynnette has built brand identities, awareness campaigns, and internal culture programs for a myriad of renowned global and national enterprises, including Discovery Communications (Animal Planet, TLC, FitTV, Discovery Kids), Neiman Marcus, Huntington Learning Centers, 3M, and Philips Healthcare. But it was during her time at a healthcare technology start-up, that she discovered her aptitude for strategic brand leadership.
Lynnette has since led seven organizations through major brand transitions where she operationalized brand and creative teams across countries, continents, and time zones. Her teams’ strategic brand identities and awareness campaigns helped increase brand valuations and improve market positions by up to 34%. She now consults full-time for technology companies, marketing/PR agencies, and thought-leadership organizations.
Lynnette resides in Maryland, close to DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia with her husband and 2 daughters. Outside of work, she is an avid Lean In Circle mentor and mentee, community volunteer, Girl Scout mom, beginner piano player, and dance fitness enthusiast. Lynnette believes that continuous learning and community engagement, professionally and personally, are the true fountains of health, happiness, and success.
